At Get in Shape for Women, a women's fitness studio, our certified staff provides you with the guidance and support to make their proven system work. A personal trainer helps to hold you accountable so that you can reach all of your health and fitness goals using four key components:

Get In Shape For Women is the biggest value in a fitness and wellness program available to women today. Our program is customized to your individual needs so that you get the attention you deserve from a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Each session will consist of approximately 25-30 minutes of weight training, 25-30 minutes of cardio, and nutrition coaching, for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!
